This session is for followup consultations only.  Do NOT select this option if you have never before consulted with Dr. Foster or your appointment will be cancelled and money refunded.  Dr. Foster is not currently accepting new patients.  Consultation lasts 55 minutes.  We highly recommend having a pen ad paper handy so that you can take notes as Dr. Foster will give you a LOT of information, and it will be difficult to remember otherwise.  If you'd like a written summary of the consultation afterwards, there will be an additional $100 charge.  Note, this appointment is for existing patients only.  Dr. Foster currently has a consultation waiting list.  NO NEW PATIENTS CAN BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME.  If this would be your first consultation with Dr. Foster, please email us to be put on the waiting list.  Thank you so much for your understanding.
